Familiar dishes remain: Pork Scaloppini, Venison and Lamb. New dishes arrive: Veal Osso Bucco, Veal Blanquette, Fennel Flan with Roasted Mushrooms.  Others are updated.

Rabbit Cassoulet

Whole Braised Hind Rabbit Leg with pulled meat from the fore leg and belly and a sauteed loin, herbed flageolet bean, all finished in a rabbit sauce and topped with crispy toasted bread crumbs, served with fresh, roasted root vegetables.

Come out and enjoy, we have a wonderful Chateauneuf du Pape that will pare perfectly with this dish!

A great day for California!  Finally able to sell Foie Gras again.  If you are looking for the best Foie Gras in South Lake Tahoe you still have to go to Nevada, though.  Serving fine wines, fine spirits and FINE FOIE GRAS, still.

Mirabelle at Lake Tahoe is happy to announce that we have been granted our Liquor License!  We are now able to complete your dining experience by offering a wide range of fine wines, world-class micro-brews, and unrivaled spirits.  If you wish not to order a wine off of our wine menu, you may bring in your own special bottle to enjoy, we are more than happy to open and serve it.  There is a corkage charge that will be waived after you purchase the second bottle from our wine menu.
